VAE becomes an ICIA Certified Member

VAE is committed to providing the best-trained personnel for your meetings. We have incorporated into our training program the International Communications Industry Association (ICIA) training and certification process for our managers and technicians. Part of this training program includes a requirement that our Hotel Manager of Audiovisual Services and our Convention Coordinators are all required to achieve, or be working toward the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) designation.

During March VAE was recognized by the ICIA as having the required number of our employees with the CTS designation to become “Company Certified”. This is a significant accomplishment in our industry, and we are proud of our dedicated employees who have made the personal effort and commitment to achieve this professional recognition.
