Visual Aids Electronics (VAE) has been a leading audiovisual services company since 1968. Privately owned, with 200 employees and over 40 offices across the country, VAE is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of our diverse customers and clients.
VAE provides meeting presentation services through three distinct operating divisions.
In-House
Hotel Services:
VAE is the in-house audiovisual services provider at a number of fine resorts
and hotels across the country. Our services include dedicated on-site staff,
sales support, and equipment, for the smallest to the biggest meetings.
National
Rental and Staging Services:
VAE contracts directly each year with major associations, Fortune 500 corporations
and international organization. We stage hundreds of events each year at the
destination venue selected by the meeting planner or organization. Our services
are available in every state of the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Specialty
Conference Services:
Through our subsidiary, Conference Services Inc. (CSI), VAE provides Simultaneous
Interpretation, Conference push-to-talk microphones, and Audience Response
Systems (voting by use of keypad). CSI is the leading company in the United
States for Simultaneous Interpretation (SI), and was the exclusive provider
at the 2002 Winter Olympics for SI and Conference Microphones.
VAE has major regional warehouses in Richmond, Cincinnati, and Phoenix, and smaller warehouses in Washington, DC and San Francisco, CA.
